Our annual PTA Jog-a-Thon is scheduled for Friday, March 7th! Collect pledges using https://pledgestar.com/Morse/. This is PTA’s main fundraiser of the year and helps to pay for field trips, assemblies, classroom supplies, and begin raising money to replace our aging marquee.

Just a reminder that Friday March 7th is a big day! We have our Jog-a-Thon, Lunch with a Loved One, and a 12:45 dismissal! Please see the schedule linked below for details. We look forward to a fun-filled day!

Students will begin training for Kids Run the OC during PE and recess, gradually accumulating over 25 miles of fun activity. They will complete their final mile at the Kids Run the OC on May 3, 2025, held alongside The OC Marathon finish line events at the OC Fair and Event Center. Register below! Early registration pricing ends March 7 (extended)!

February Attendance Challenge: Every student who attends school every day in February will be entered into a raffle for fun prizes and incentives! Let’s work together to make every school day count!

This is PTA’s main fundraiser of the year and helps to pay for field trips, assemblies, classroom supplies, and begin raising money to replace our aging marquee.

Mrs. Farrell and Ms. Smith will hold two parent information sessions to share more information about Kids Run the OC on Thursday, 2/20 @ 5:30 PM on Zoom (https://pylusd-org.zoom.us/j/82916486704) and Friday, 2/21 @ 8 AM in MRP (first part of Coffee with the Principal)

We have made the difficult decision to postpone this Friday's Lunch With a Loved One due to the forecasted storm. Unfortunately, we do not have enough indoor space to safely accommodate all families on campus at one time without utilizing outdoor areas.

We are excited to announce that we will reschedule Lunch With a Loved One to coincide with our Jog-a-Thon and minimum day on Friday, March 7. We will finalize the Jog-a-Thon schedule and lunch details soon!

Dear Morse Families,

Consistent attendance is key to student success! When students are present every day, they have more opportunities to learn, engage with their peers, and build strong academic habits.

A big congratulations to the following classes for having the highest attendance rates for the month of January! These three classes have earned an extra recess for their outstanding attendance:

We currently have close to 100 overdue library books! Please remind your student to return their library books each week. If the book(s) have been lost, please let Ms. Casgua know.
