Wildcat Weekly: February 3-7

Dear Morse Families,

Consistent attendance is key to student success! When students are present every day, they have more opportunities to learn, engage with their peers, and build strong academic habits.

A big congratulations to the following classes for having the highest attendance rates for the month of January! These three classes have earned an extra recess for their outstanding attendance:

🏆 Mrs. Garcia-Ruiz's Kindergarten Class 97.95%
🏆 Mrs. Tang's Sixth Grade Class 97.47%
🏆 Ms. Parelli's Fourth Grade Class 97.28%

We are excited to announce a special February Attendance Challenge! Every student who attends school every day in February will be entered into a raffle for fun prizes and incentives! Let’s work together to make every school day count!

Thank you for your continued support in making attendance a priority. Let’s make February a great month!

We currently have close to 100 overdue library books! Please remind your student to return their library books each week. If the book(s) have been lost, please let Ms. Casgua know.

Morse Made the Honor Roll! Morse is one of the 20 schools in PYLUSD recognized on the 2024 California Honor Roll by the Educational Results Partnership (ERP). This distinction highlights our commitment to student achievement and excellence, based on objective performance data, and reflects the dedication of our entire school community. Way to go, Wildcats!

Please mark your calendars for the PTA Elf Shop this week (12/9 - 12/13) and our Winter Performances on Wednesday, December 18th.

Students with perfect attendance in December will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win exciting prizes!
